Entry is split between the park and the main monuments. The park ticket gets you into the grounds. The combo ticket adds the Hall of Prayer for Good Harvests, the Echo Wall and the Circular Mound Altar. Prices depend on the season: high season runs from 1 April to 31 October, low season from 1 November to 31 March.
Foreign visitors book with a passport or a Foreign Permanent Resident ID, so the ticket must match the document you carry. All prices here are in Chinese yuan (CNY) as of 2026, with no conversion because rates move. Check the amount again when you pay.

For most visitors the combo ticket is the right buy. Park entry plus the separate monument ticket comes to CNY 35 in high season and CNY 30 in low season, so the combo ticket at CNY 34 or CNY 28 is cheaper and simpler. Park entry alone suits a morning walk among the trees. The combo ticket is not an all-inclusive pass: the Divine Music Administration and guide services are extra. The halls are closed on Mondays, so a combo ticket is best used on another day; see the opening hours.

Under 18
Visitors under 18 enter free with valid documents. Carry a passport for each child.
Students over 18
Students over 18 can use the student concession with a passport and a valid student card for undergraduate level or below. Buy at the service counter or on the park's booking platforms. Acceptance of a foreign student card is decided at the counter, so ask before you pay the full price.
Age 60 and over
Visitors from 60 are shown with free entry, including the Hall of Prayer area. Bring your passport and confirm at the counter when you collect your ticket.
How to book with your passport
The steps, in the order you will meet them.
1. Pick your visit day
Tickets are valid for the day you choose. Check the opening hours first, because the halls close on Mondays.
2. Book in the app
Use the mini-program Visiting Beijing Parks (็ ๆธธๅ ฌๅญ) or Temple of Heaven (ๅคฉๅ), or the WeChat channel Temple of Heaven Official Ticketing Platform. The booking window and refund terms are shown there when you book.
3. Enter your passport
Use the passport you will carry on the day. Have the QR code and that passport ready at the gate.
4. Pay with Alipay or WeChat Pay
Both can be set up with a foreign phone number and a supported foreign bank card. The provider verifies the account, and limits and fees depend on the product. Set it up before you travel.
